EBgo Soft needs a unique activation code for each Serial, if you reformated your hardrive,  or moved the software to another computer  then you should have a new serial and you will need a matching activation code. Provide your new serial (HTUXXXXXX-XXXX) and your registered email address to change your serial. We will send you an email with a confirmation link to your registered email address. 

Q- How do i know my software serial ?

A- Software serial is like HTUXXXXXX-XXXX and is located in the setup windows.

Provide the email address registered with your paypal account at the moment of purchase. 
A confirmation link will be sent to this address.
